5 Changemakers from LA Climate Week You Should Know

Share

The Second Annual Los Angeles Climate Week featured around 180 events ranging from various topics such as entertainment, sports, transportation, fashion, and food! After attending fourteen of those events and meeting countless Changemakers in the environmental space, I left feeling inspired and hopeful. I am excited to highlight five incredible Changemakers that I connected with during LA Climate Week - just a few out of many that I think are doing incredible work!

KRISTY DRUTMAN

Kristy is the founder of Green Jobs Board, a career platform where job-seekers can find the tools they need to build impactful careers that solve the climate crisis. Her work empowers everyone to find their place in the climate movement and proves that “every job can be a green job.”

ETIENNE MAURICE

Los Angeles Climate Week reminded me that climate conversations are not confined to classrooms, labs, Instagram posts, or documentaries—they are happening on film sets, yoga mats, gardens, sports games, and concerts. These five Changemakers are just a few of the many who are contributing to the climate conversation and propelling the movement.
